Welcome to USDA's online platform for commenting on ...

This forum was designed to provide a convenient, online, means to obtain feedback from a large audience of Producers, Scientists, Educators and other interested parties on current and planned USDA initiatives.  Your comments will be used to improve the clarity, scope and substance of the proposals and topics in this document prior to publication. 

For detailed instructions on how to use the platform, please follow the link to the User Manual located on the home page.

With respect to commenting, we ask that you:

1) Please provide specific suggestions. 

2) Please comment under the appropriate section.

3) Please focus on improving content more than style.

4) Feel free to cut and paste revisions into online comments.

5) When appropriate, please comment in threads in concert with others. 

6) Please email the Program Staff with any pictures or graphs that can be used for the topic sections, along with citation/copyright information.  

7) Lastly, please note that comments are moderated, hence they will not appear immediately. They will be approved and posted periodically.
